Return Eligibility

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery, only for returnable products.

Products must be unused, unworn, and returned with original tags and packaging.

Only one-time return/exchange is allowed per order.
 Non-Returnable Scenarios

International orders are not eligible for return.

Shipping charges and COD fees are non-refundable.

Tampered packages should not be accepted. Please refuse delivery in such cases.

Returns will be declined without a valid pickup slip or SMS confirmation.

Do not share the OTP with the delivery agent unless youâve received your product.
Charges & Deductions

A non-refundable Rs. 100 charge will apply to all COD returns below âč1,500.

All COD refunds will be issued via gift cards due to ongoing RBI payout guidelines.

A reverse shipping fee up to Rs. 100 may be charged in case of excessive returns.
 Important for Wrong/Missing Items

For missing or incorrect products, you must share an unboxing video showing the original packaging condition.
 How to Initiate a Return
To start a return or exchange:

Email us at care@pluginfashion.com with your order ID and reason for return.

Once approved, weâll provide pickup instructions and shipping label.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Exchanges
- There is no additional charge for any exchange orders.
- For new orders of lower price, the balance amount will be refunded to the source account.
- Size exchange is subject to availability.
- Please share the package unboxing video for wrong product received.
Refunds
We will notify you once weâve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, youâll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
